Guatemala Is Victim of Imposition Tactic

Editor-at-large’s note: In response to the drastic overpayment Oscar Platero references, Guatemala’s Contraloria General de Cuentas, its national auditors, filed a complaint against four magistrates of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. The Supreme Court sent the complaint to Guatemala’s Congress. Congress voted on November 30 to lift the magistrates’ immunity from prosecution, making them subject to investigation and criminal charges. On December 11, the US State Department revoked the visas of the 108 deputies who voted for the measure and their spouses.

The State Department made no statement about the embezzlement. It apparently only cared that its candidate Bernardo Arévalo became president regardless of law.

Democracy in Hispanic America, as we know it, is about to disappear due to a group of rogue former guerillas, drug traffickers, and corrupt individuals united in the São Paulo Forum and the Puebla Group. These coalitions have devised a sophisticated strategy to seize power by perpetrating electoral frauds. When the popular vote and the people’s will are manipulated, democracy loses its meaning. Venezuelan writer Alejandro Peña Esclusa’s book, The Electoral Frauds of the São Paulo Forum (2023), explains the fraudulent actions committed by these groups, not in a specific country, but throughout the region.

Andrés Pastrana, former Colombian president, details the scheme of ideological-political imposition affecting Latin America. The same, I would add, goes for the United States after the blatant computer fraud that impeded Donald Trump’s reelection in the last presidential race.

To understand the magnitude of Peña Esclusa’s investigation, one should read his prior books: The São Paulo Forum: A Regional Threat (2008) and The São Paulo Forum’s Cultural Warfare (2021). Remember that Cuban dictator Fidel Castro and Lula Da Silva—the permanent leader of Brazil’s communist political organization, disguised as the Workers’ Party—founded the forum. They made São Paulo, Brazil, the headquarters of their operations, attempting to replace Communist International with a Third-World version.

The São Paulo Forum was founded by 68 political organizations from 22 countries, including Colombia’s terrorist FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) and ELN (National Liberation Army), revealing their ties to criminal groups and drug trafficking. Similar to its clone, the Puebla Group, this coalition has become the most powerful political platform in Hispanic America, supported by every Spanish leftist organization.

One should not overlook that these groups have several presidents in the region. This gives them direct access to foreign policy, intelligence agencies, and the ability to designate military and government authorities. They can control central banks and place allies in international organizations such as the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS).

According to the prologue by Giovanni Fratti, leader of the civic group Guatemala Inmortal, “in 2019, Guatemala experienced its first massive fraud and gross manipulation in the Congressional election results with deplorable software designed by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), full of corruption.” The statement of former TSE Computer Director Gustavo Castillo supports the aforementioned argument. Castillo said that the software favored some political parties, especially those of congressmen and city mayors. Following these declarations, the electoral crimes unit of the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) filed a judicial complaint against Castillo and his assistant Beny Román due to irregularities in the information transfer, data destruction, or elimination of evidence.

Despite the detained individuals acknowledging the system failures and warning TSE magistrates about them, surprisingly, the magistrates were not prosecuted. The PGO requested an impeachment against the magistrates, but the Supreme Court of Justice did not remove their immunity to hold them accountable for the massive corruption committed during the election. The shameless fraud perpetrators used the same system and typesetters in the runoff on August 11, 2019, legitimizing the fraud. An unrecognized Semilla Movement party, with low public support and mediocre events, suddenly gained various seats in Congress, paving the way for the next fraud. The case advanced quietly in the courts, without fuss, while fraud perpetrators prepared the next imposition for 2023.

The 2023 electoral frauds included fake memberships for the electoral registry, and manipulating polls in collusion with corrupt polling companies and the media that made huge profits. Further, there was a system of manual voting, while the tabulating and data broadcasting was electronic, allowing fraud perpetrators to manipulate data behind the scenes. This explains why countries like England, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland ban electronic voting systems.

According to Deutsche Welle, Germany’s Constitutional Tribunal prohibited electronic voting in 2009. That was because it is difficult to oversee and has many errors that do not guarantee the election’s integrity, control, and computing, as they can be manipulated.

The fraud script consists of placing corrupt personnel in key electoral authority positions. These personnel can handle compromised software and balloting equipment and manipulate the results through cheating algorithms during the election. Electoral fraud is committed through actions before, during, and after election day. The script also requires recruiting partisan “volunteers” to favor their interests and international observers from left-aligned organizations to validate results immediately after electoral authorities announce them, without questioning anomalies.

As part of their strategy, electoral authorities stop opposition parties from surveilling the software, as happened in Guatemala with the TREP (computer-tally) system, unscrupulously bought at 10 times its market price. Moreover, corrupt TSE magistrates, facing complaints and trials that remain unprocessed, mock citizens as the PGO investigation proves with data and evidence that the balloting team started registering votes in the TREP system during election day—before the election ended and ballots were counted at each center. Despite this, the official results already showed a trend favoring the Semilla movement in the TREP system. The trend was particularly evident in urban areas, while in rural zones, the mediocre puppets, imposed by the OAS and its international leftist allies, only won one municipality out of 340.

To counter more abuses of people’s sovereign will and identify manipulated electoral registries, we should conduct electoral biopsies. We should randomly select a group of voters and verify whether their names, ID numbers, addresses, ages, and voting centers match. If discrepancies are found, we must investigate them. Furthermore, for the sake of future Guatemalan generations, we must not forget the selling of souls and recruitment of controlled opposition. We must showcase politicians who unfortunately accepted million-dollar bribes and approved fraudulent elections without exposing glaring irregularities or questioning the results. They sought to amass fortunes at the country’s expense.

As we can see, the São Paulo Forum and the Puebla Group—hand in hand with their local puppets—devote their efforts to modifying our civilization’s principles and values. They promote cultural wars and gender ideology, arguing that if humanity can murder defenseless babies through abortion, they can also manipulate citizens’ will by imposing lackluster and malleable leaders serving their geopolitical and ideological interests. The national crisis provoked by the current milieu reveals the crude incompetence of the imposed head of state and his allies, highlighted by his reputation as an alcoholic and womanizer.
